Commander Axel and the Star Marshalls

Decided to create some OCs based on the old Hanna Barbera serials, called Commander Axel and the Star Marshals. A retro-futuristic world, where the Star Marshals attempt to return to Earth after receving a distress call. But through space worm-hole gravity shenanigans, they arrive generations too late, and Earth has regressed to the stone age, with a new life-form has evolved to be the dominant species.
